The Setting of Stagnant Angels

Stagnant Angels is a Non-Canon RP based within the general ideas from the anime GANGSTA., and follow the basic idea that four large houses control the city, and govern it behind the 'three- rules' that are so infamous in it. The anime is gangster ridden, and gritty, and I love it. Many paths can be taken in the RP that are similar to what's in the show, but we try to keep it original. The physical setting of Stagnant Angels follows closely to the setting in the anime series, but the story-lines and characters are all Non-Canon, and the ruling houses and stories are all unique here. You may see boards like "Theo's Clinic" and ect, but these names are only used for generalization, and the houses may have their own name depending on it's current leader. For instance the "Paulklee Guild" would now be considered the " Novikoff Guild", as Dmitri Novikoff is it's current leader.
